This story keeps you hooked from start to finish! A wild ride from the beginning the author creates a world you can get lost in. Told from the mind of the main character, the reader gets a window into the thoughts which keeps you engaged and invested in discovering the story of the main. 10/10 would read again!
I rarely read stories like this but I really like this one. Maybe because it's been awhile that I've read something like this that got me quite emotional all of a sudden lol. Anyways, I really enjoyed it. Highly recommended! ❤

The author pat his own back on this one. ?So far I have only read it to chapter 57 and I am not impress. I have a lot of patience with grammatical error and mispelling because I know that this is translated on a language that is not local to the author but my man, if you are shooting to make money on a language that is not familiar to you at least use a google to check your grammar. The errors are so blatant that it will drive you nuts! One more thing, I thought asian are good at math? WHY does the calculations on your novel so out of whack?! If you dont know how to add just make it vauge amount like aprroximately, or almost or better yet just dont add anymore. You got the nerve to grade your own work 5 star? Seriously? Fix your errors then I will definitely agree with you. Your stories carry a great potential to become something great but you need to have consistency with your grammars, character persona, and dont do math if you’re not good at it.
I commend the the author for the time spent in crafting character design and world background. The descriptions were all too vivid for anyone not to understand the story. Most of the story contained just the descriptions of things that Vee did to get stronger and less on conversations with other people. As much as she wants to develop on her own, the road to the top is never easy. That's why I think she needs one friend who'll always be on her side. Dern is annoying, I'm not Vee but even I know that. Very thrilling story but I only felt that at the earliest chapters with her brother and when she was still around people.

i love this story wayyy too much i reread sometimes just to experience certain chapters again. amazing story plots, amazing fleshed out characters, fantastic world building with lore behind it and would definitely recommend reading and the amount of times i physicaly reacted to some scenes its just so good.its not some overpowered mc with cheat skills, no systems with level ups, not some harem with plastic characters, its serious when it needs to be, funny when it needs to be and so wholesome which can flip to grusome. its the adventure of these characters in a foreign world that has avatar the last airbender vibes but with isekai tones. the narration sometimes gets sassy and just mocks certain things in the story making it a really fun read.by far the best thing are the characters. the main four are so entertaining to watch interact. fumekos the cutest tsundere istg , Jotou the protag whos flawed yet perfect. hotaru the moral compass. And then, my favourite main character asobi, is utter chaos in every sense of the word. the fight scenes in this are just, chef's kiss. there is not TOO many since the writing is more suited for a longterm adventure and places importance on the characters and the plot but when they happen, omg its satisfying. the little details, the way each person fights differently, you can really feel the pain when someone gets injured or the WATCH OUT feeling when someone is about to get hit.its an amazing read imo and an experience. it dips to depression and trauma and then suddenly there are ducks shooting beams of light, some gory fight scene with practical magic and elements then theres a cute wholesome yuri scene that makes my heart flutter. idk what else to say except, fantastic job.

Not my cup of tea, to say the least...
I found The Novel's Extra quite addicting by the time I stumbled across it. Although addicting I dont think it should win any awards or anything or the story should be immortalized, it had its fair share of misha** and errors but its still good nontheless for me and many others. The concept of an author being placed in his own novel mostly as a side character was such an amazing idea to me that I went hunting for other kinds of novels with such concept. Albeit some were good I'd say a lot were mediocre or just plain bad. I mean no offense saying this, but this doesnt really scratch that 'amazing' novel itch ive been wanting to scratch since finishing TNE. Its not good but its not bad....just meh, this novel is just another time killer for me during quarantine. But hey I decided to drop this pretty early in the story. I may regret it or I may not, who knows?

Has potential, but the many grammar errors and plot holes get under my skin, especially the grammar, which has mistakes so obvious one has to ask thenselves why it wasnt corrected after all this time.
If that puts you off than i cant recommend this one for you, this novel still has its possitives, but i would give it more time so the author corrects the mistakes, untill then its not worth it.
