Sun Xiaolan's mother. She came out of her house when Taohua knocked urgently on the door. She was caring and brought both girls hand warmers - small clay pots with handles filled with embers and ash to retain heat for cold days. She initially questioned what Taohua was delivering but ultimately provided the warmers.
