Also why are they giving guards! not only these guards are useless can't do their job, they can't even procure food.Even the suppose useless mc is more knowledgeable than them,so they also can't be proper guide. So to me the whole plot is very forced & weakly knitted. 2.Now for the mc. -A ULTIMATE SIMP-Through the whole novel he is simping over beauties.And he is so intelligent that he charges 'magically enhanced delicious food' for 3 silver, when other sells 'normal bland chicken drumsticks' for 10 silver. 3.Moreover it is also kinda 'Sign in' type novel. As we don't clearly understand how he is leveling up(I am talking about the new recipe getting not the system update with gold). Also a gourmet system where u don't even have to cook doesn't go well with me.

I do not usually give good reviews here on Webnovel, but this story seems to demand it. First this is a story about a guy who transmigrates to a world in an intergalactic cultivation empire far away from our own galaxy. During his transmigration he is given the obligatory gold-finger in the form of a 'system' that helps him to learn and modify cultivation techniques. This gold-finger is rather lackluster when compared with other MC's but it is still very powerful. Different from other MC's he does not instantly gain power or understanding but builds up a foundation for his life in his new world.Realism for a cultivation novel, this is highly realistic in how things might happen given both his advantages and disadvantages. The characters are not the cookie cutter type stereotypical characters. The MC actually behaves like an adult and has somewhat adult like reactions to his encounters. This is not a situation where there is a quick road to power, but a steady climb in being able to grow at an accelerating pace as he is more able to utilize his 'cheats' without endangering himself or those he cares for.The world building seems to be a large step up from those that are typical of cultivation novels. I also have nothing bad to say about the translation. Overall while I would not score this as a 5/5 for personal reading, I have to when I relate to the bloated scores that I find on Webnovel.
