I don't really care if this novel wins an award or not; at the end of the day, what matters is whether I personally enjoy it or not. The author's premise is absurd, which makes the plot and character actions feel contrived just to maintain the setup. It becomes frustrating when I have to push myself to read up to Chapter 25 and still find it unenjoyable. Even if the ending might be decent, with another 500 chapters left, it's irrelevant.
I genuinely wanted to have a good time reading, but it's annoying how the main character behaves illogically when he's usually cautious. For instance, in Chapter 25, he knew the saintess was foolish, yet he falls for a rumor suggesting she could be cunning, forcing him to meet her. Why can't he be more prepared, like having an escape plan, given the rumor? It's clear the author is forcing the plot, which is why I prefer lighter novels without excessive seriousness. Some Korean authors tend to create overly dramatic stories with unnecessary prolongation, eventually revealing plot holes.
Frankly, many award-winning Korean novels tend to be dull. There are exceptions, which is why I gave this one a chance, but unfortunately, it just doesn't resonate with me. It might be perfect for some readers, but personally, it's a complete letdown.
Wow, I've already read about half of this novel, and it's absolutely hilarious! The story is light-hearted and free of heavy themes, like physical or emotional abuse. There aren't any mean characters, and I really enjoy the dynamic between the main character (MC) and the male lead (ML). The MC is empathetic towards ML's situation and goes the extra mile to help him. If you're looking for a fun, low-key read with no stress, this is definitely worth checking out.

This is my second review After reading 370 chapters
Pros:
* World building is unique and quite interesting
*The power scale is pretty solid
* The plot moves at an average pace
Cons :
* The MCs power scale is pretty messed up
He has to use all his soul traits to defeat an enemy with the same power level and i was told it's the same in the latter chapters aswell
* The MC is a brute with only a few brain cells
* The MC is very weak who struggle to defeat an enemy with the same power level and sometimes even weaker enemy
* The MCs character is not suited for kingdom building
* Everything about MC is pretty messed up... well there is the tragedy tag for it
*The MC is very naive and idiotic to the point it gets irritating
My opinion :
I suppose the author is intentionally ruining his own novel by creating MC like this one
Except for the MC everyone elses character development is done pretty well
I'll be utterly honest, I was like, a little bored when I started... actually, I thought I was not good.
but going further, stuffs began to happen. and I find myself eager for more.
I particularly like Pato.
there's still room for improvements, but believe it's going to get better as we journey.
another day to keep reading this gem novel.

This book could be good but it seems like it is all over the place. Repeated chapters, unfinished stories, jumping from one scene to another without any in between. Its like the book is going to fast with the witch curse but also not fast enough with who she chooses as her mate
