Ok there’s 2 major issues in this book that I know for a fact a lot of readers drop books for so if you can’ t get past these there’s no point reading this book.. First is the system basically making the character a slave it will do whatever it wants and will punish the Mc if he doesn’t listen this is a hard no for a lot of people.. especially considering the fact that if the Mc wanted to in this book he could actually threaten the system in this book… but that’s on you if your ok with the Mc having basically no choice over any of his actions in the future…The second major issue is the ungodly amount of grammatical errors…. These range from mistakes in states misspelled words and straight up forgetting which book the autho is even writing since his MCs names certainly get mixed up… Now if those don’t make you wanna drop the book then yes it’ an alright read if you have some free time I would man however reccomend reading it unless it’s on the daily free books since the author hasn’t put in nearly enough effort for anything else
The start is a little bit rough but the pace is great and after the first few ten chapters the author starts to find his own story.
I enjoyed the first 20 chapters immensely. And that's saying something. Webnovel outdid themselves when they chose such good novels for this round.
The novel features a priest/monk (I'm not sure of which one exactly) that was raised by his master who left him just 3 days ago from chapter 1. This master taught him of their faith, martial arts, and how to live in the mountains essentially.
His gold finger is basically a popularity system, and once he gains the favour of his viewers, he gains popularity points from which he can use to acquire items or skills through a gacha system that is beneficial to his lifestyle (like seeds that grow faster, better fertilizer and fishing/cutting skills).
The author is educated from what I've read (if I'm wrong just ignore me). He talks about the environment in which different herbs and plants grows in and the behavioral patterns of animals living in the mountains. I don't watch animal planet so this is all new to me.
so yeah, a solid read so far
Good novel that is very interesting as the mce travels through out the vast world as he begins from the bottom and rises to the top. I recommend it highly

Great stuff, light read, I dont really understand the complains that is generic or similar to budhas palm novel. Who cares. I really liked budhas palm sign In and seeing the idea developed in a different way is great.

honestly if it where released on its own I would say it was decent but this is literally a carbon copy of another novel that released this month, I don't know which one was written first but the other one is better written in my opinion.
that being said I also like the system in this novel better seeing as there have been so many sign in systems released in the last few months, i definitely prefer a upgrade based system.
Nice plot you have. It's very intriguing and mysterious, I love it! But it would be better if you used some coma ( , ) in your dialogues. That's all I could say basing from my level of experience and level of criticism.
