I really don't want webnovel to pick this up. If they pick this up then the following would occur:
1) Every chapter after chapter 40 would be behind a pay wall
2) Translation updates would start decreasing
3) One sudden day, the novel will be on hiatus and there will be no updates for years(example: Dominating Sword Immortal, The daily life of the Immortal King)
4) Henceforth, nobody is interested in the novel anymore and this novel would perish
I have read till 60 chps and from what i gathered, the writing style is rather bland. Nothing interesting seems to happen and there is no x factor which makes u binge read a book. Or maybe it is a translation problem.
Our mc is reborn in a village and he has 1 year (can be extended) to make a top magical academy or he dies. He is beither too strong or too weak. Just mehh. Personality wise, he is like a lazy dude who just goes through the same itenary everyday. So much so that it has become boring. Wake up- Teach magic to loli - attempt a dungeon -repeat. The writing style is so stupid that it skips the reward part of the dungeon after completion and subtly explains it in later chps. Come on, watching mc get cool rewards is the only reason we go through the dungeon clearing stuff and u gonna skip that?!! In later chps the mc suddenly does a magic or builds a academic building and dumps all its explanation on dungeon rewards. Its so confusing and irritating.
His students also look like 1-d characters due to having no pov of thier own. If that's not enough, the mc is a "Good guy" who cant bring himself to kill people and helps people indiscriminately even if that means getting into the cliche troubles knowingly.
The world is our typical western fantasy world with elves, trolls, etc. Apparently humans are not the dominant species and are lead by the magicians and the academies.
Overall a slow and boring read for me. Maybe it might get better in the latter chps. Give it try. Maybe u might like it. If somebody have read it in mtl, plzz give me a idea of where it goes in latter chps the comments.

This was an utterly amazing book! It kept me on the edge of my seat and I fell in love with the characters. The author did a really good job of representing minorities without playing in to classic stereotypes. While I do wish the author developed the main villain a bit more at the end, overall it was a fantastic read and I highly recommend it.

This is my first review on this site. I bothered to create an account just to write this review for a book I really love, and it was worth it.
Many I love about this novel. The plot, characters, narrations, especially figure of speech, the way the author approach something ambiguously instead a direct and clear one, leaving readers to wonder what was implied in one paragraph and creating these massive paragraphs as the outcome. It's not really a bad thing, first maybe would make you feel a bit tired for reading such a long paragraphs, you simply just to adapt with it and things would become easier. It's not all the paragraphs were massive after all, only some that need to be described deeply. And I really love it.
Back to the implied aspect, the author also cleverly used implied title as well in every chapters, if you noticed it. The novel title itself also implied "Sin of Kin" not only sound catchy, but I think there's some kind of sinister meaning behind it. A sin of her kin which is devil, or a sin of humans kin, or maybe others beings that "casting its shades of grey". My gut telling me that our little devil MC maybe doesn't really have the so-called angel heart. Why I can say that? It from the latest two chapters ---or maybe three if the author already upload it in the future--- anyhow, the point is in that long chapter titled "A Demure Sin" which was divided into sub-chapters right now. Not gonna spoil it, because the title already spoke for itself.
Not only the novel that amazing, but its author as well. One kind of literal humble author. The author never ever telling and asking and begging constantly to his/her readers to vote, comment, or add his/her novel into the readers library. Never. Which is kinda rare and uncommon to find in this site who craved for things like that. That's why I love both the novel and like its humble author.
Phew~ this review's kinda long, isn't it? Gonna end it here. Despite its low upload rate compare to the standard novel found in this site, this novel is worth waiting. After all, the author seemed to upload each chapter no less than 2k words per week, even there are chapter that have more than 2k. I think it's the same as uploading 500-1000 words chapters every day or two.
To close this review I need only say one thing to the author. Keep writing no matter what. Thank you for providing us a great story to read.
This review is after climbing to the most recent updated chapters around 260+. I'm loving a lot of the ideas presented in this novel. I started reading this novel because it was expressed that the things in the game change how you are in the real world. Now after reading 260+ chapters nothing, nothing has changed with him or others playing in the real world. I started reading this because of this premise and it seems like I have been let down because almost every chapter they talk about the upcoming apocalypse and people using their powers out of game, but they always talk about it in the future tense. Like honestly I don't know how much longer I can continue reading without something of note changing because otherwise this is just another regression vrmmo and I have read too many already. Author If you read this could you shed some light on this issue?
