The County Magistrate, a noble visitor who came personally to congratulate Gu Linchen on his shop opening. He had previously been treated to a feast by Gu Linchen that he had not properly thanked him for. He admired Gu Linchen's current way of doing things, especially his efforts in teaching troublesome people a lesson and helping the villagers. He brought a gift through his steward Zhou.
