Also known as Rosinante in his youth. An undercover agent pretending to be mute for his mission, enabled by consuming the Silence Fruit. He is Doflamingo's younger brother and a former Celestial Dragon from Mary Geoise. His family left Mary Geoise to live among ordinary people but was hunted down, leading to his mother's death from illness and his father's death at Doflamingo's hands. He wants to stop Doflamingo and keep his ability to speak a secret. He has a straightforward, tolerant personality and is seeking a substitute for familial affection.
