A middle-aged navy officer and Monkey D. Dragon's father. He encountered Wendy in Windmill Village and, assuming she was a homeless orphan, offered her his home to stay in temporarily without asking for anything in return. He is often away on navy missions and rarely comes home. He wore a navy uniform and boarded a ship after giving Wendy the keys to his house.
