A Navy Vice Admiral with curly hair, nearly three meters tall. He is younger than Garp but older than Dragon. He initially investigated Wendy fishing in Navy territory out of curiosity. He observed her special ability to catch fish with incredible speed and make them disappear. He accepted fish meat from Wendy as a greeting gift but was confused by her inventory explanation. He found Wendy open-minded and admirable.
