A dragon monster who works for the Monster Management Bureau. It caused a sudden rainstorm that drenched the Moonlight production team after they left the casting venue. The dragon could not explain why it suddenly woke up and decided to cause the rain, thinking it was probably just cranky from waking up. It headed to the ocean to eat fish and replenish its strength. It was relieved there were no gods in this world, only monsters.
