He has deep piercing eyes and a commanding presence. When not in uniform he can look intimidating like a rebellious school bully. He is serious and strict, made Song Zhiyi stand at attention for an hour as punishment for getting into a fight. Despite his stern exterior he secretly remembered her birthday and gave her a gift (a small box placed on her bedside table). He and Song Zhiyi have had a polite and distant relationship for six months due to his frequent missions keeping him away for weeks.
