Captain of the Sapphire Pirates. He discovered Sabo and informed Sabo's parents, leading to Sabo's capture. He and his crew made Ace and Luffy work for them after capturing them, but did not physically hurt them. Wendy looks down on them as an unknown pirate crew from a beginner's village.
