Also known as Little White Dragon, the Third Prince of the Western Sea Dragon Clan. He appears as a dazzling handsome man in a silvery-white robe with two long sideburns hanging down. He can create doppelgangers, using one to pretend to be the White Dragon Horse while he socializes. He occasionally sees mysterious numbers like 8/81 appear before his eyes. He carried Tang Sanzang and Li Miaoci across the Flowing Sands River.
