She diligently cultivated into human form and brought blessings to the people. Guanyin Bodhisattva enlightened her to follow the Scripture Seeker to the Western Heaven. A mysterious voice told her the only way home is to go to the Western Heaven. She is talkative, energetic, somewhat naive, and often gets on Sun Wukong's nerves with her incessant questions and chatter. She claims to be Gao Lanlan, the second daughter of Squire Gao.
