SunJinwoo
A story of how an underworld kingpin (after dying) transmigrates into a world closely resembling ancient China.
The greatest problem with this story? Story development, and character design. This story is driven by the protagonist (every character other than the cliche kind old sister trope may as well not even exist). This means that the characterisation of the protagonist is immensely important.
However...the protagonist's characterisation is all over the place. The protagonist during his past life was a cold, brutal, ruthless kingpin. After transmigrating, he meets his old sister...and in an instant his heart begins to soften. What kind of silliness is this? As the story goes on, the protagonist decides he must be a 'good guy' for the sake of the people who care for him (his mother, and older sister). This characterisation is so naive and silly that it left me absolutely flabbergasted.
A story with good potential ruined by the hypocritical redemption of the protagonist.
The writer of this novel is a brazilian youtuber called "Zy" that was exposed a few months ago for exchanging nude pictures with an underage girl that was one of his subscribers. She was around 15.
There's been a lot of system novels lately but novels where the Mc is taking in students are few and quite good I hope this won't dissapoint

The first chapter got me thriled! I love game novels that interact with the world outside and all the world of the game seems to be very unique too.
Definitely worth reading!

It's actually funny to see that complete trash has better ratings than this average story. Let's try to give real reviews? No. Let's cry about certain tag or petition shit.
Ok. Let's start with review.
This story is actually average story about transmigration. This time, MC can come back to his previous world in any moment.
It's not masterpiece or something but if you don't have anything to read. Story is fine. There are some unique parts about this novel. It gives off feel typical Japanese light novel though.
I am not really sure if its source of webcomics. I will check later.
Translation quality(5/5 - I read fast so, I might automatically skip minor mistakes.) Stability of updates(5/5 - This part is pointless for trial read.)
Story development(Solid 3/5 - It isn't brilliant or something.)
Character design/development(2/5 - Some characters are 1 dimensional)
World background(2/5 - Author put some thoughts into those cities. It's still more work than 90% of modern novels in trial read. Copy, Paste, Done.)
At least try first 19 chapters or so, don't be retard and rate 1 without reading.
This novels is quite different from most novels, but it is a good and fun read. Without a doubt one of the better novels among the current “what’s new” novels on the side. It’s light hearted and contains a good bit of comedy.
So all I want to say is:
If you want an extremely serious novel, with a dark mood, where the main character has to overcome countless obstacles to reach the top, this novel might not be for you.
If you want a good and light hearted novel, that is well written and brings a few laughs, try it out.
We've all seen the 'on a long space trip so everyone is stuck in a VRMMO' trope before, but I have to say that this is a new twist on the genre. This is more xuanhuan mystery than the usual 'wuxia cultivation overlord' you see. Our MC is drafted to be an imperial detective and apprehend criminals and solve crimes. It's truly fascinating if you like mysteries (and boring if you don't). So far, I quite like it!
Forget the negative reviews, these people will trash any novel for no reason -_- This is a hidden gem!!! I even started reading its google-translated version!
