Bland but tolerable. The protagonist isn't proactive, or intelligent - but he rarely makes stupid choices. He won't leave you fuming at his idiocy, but he won't impress you with anything either.It's not very entertaining either, as everything is so vague and bare-bones. The plot just happens, like as if it's an autobiography with no thrill or suspense. This is the type of book you read when you have absolutely nothing else to read at all.
alright... this young man is full of indecision. The setting for this story is good, but you basically threw it out the window early on. James just seems like any other slightly experienced player if not a little less do to some questionable decisions. also i understand that his sister is sick and he needs to make 400k in a month, but he already has 300k in less than a day, so that canary has pretty much sung its song. His mentality also seems really weak for someone who reincarnated. On that note i think the story has potential it just needs some polishing and to stay on track with the focus points of the story.

It was better than most of these multiplier novels up until actual battles started happening. Author has this weird idea that adding comedy to a scene where people are being burned to death somehow makes good story. MC is also completely r'tarded, this being part of the brand of "comedy". 23 chapters and then it went from fine to dogsh't within a span of 2 chapters....
I expected a cliche mmorpg book when I clicked on the title but this book has really exceeded my expectations.
It really has become my personal favourite and the concept of discovering your Qi through a game is seriously an unique thought.

I've just finished reading it, and it's a pretty good story. I've always found 'trap' characters to be pretty fun to read, but this has a good plot, unlike most of these types of stories. All the characters are likable and quirky, and I found myself laughing with every chapter.
Overall, this is a fantastic piece of fiction. I hope other authors can take inspiration from this piece of work, as it's one of the few I can respect.
First is the obvious issue of grammar and pronoun usage. Often times you do not know if the character is male or female because the pronouns used are switched for the same character over and over again. For the most part I have been able to ignore that issue as there is a lot of content and for the most part I find the premise to be enjoyable.
The story itself has one of the worst 'goldfingers' that I have come across. Basically the MC is just a machine used to transfer various works from one universe to his current one. He gets little to no benefit for doing so except to make money and fame. He gets points to unlock other mangas from Universe A so that he can make an exact copy of it in his current Universe. The only changes that he seems to be making is cut out filler chapters or to try to make the art a bit more up-to-date.
I have read similar works such as 'I am a superstar' or others like it where the MC is plagiarizing from one universe into his current one but at least there is usually some concrete benefit built into the 'goldfinger' such as skills or attribute gains. If anything at least the MC should be given the increased creativity to make changes and update and personalize the work for his universe and situation. Just maybe give him a sight bonus so that he can see the prospective popularity or objective quality/rating of the piece once it is created. Don't just act as a copier for your system.
