This is the novel for the manga All Hail The Sect Leader, and I believe it deserves 5 stars.
The manga is a great read: It’s artwork is excellent, and it takes a different approach to what is commonly seen in the cultivation genre. Sadly, there is a disparity between the novel and the manga.

Great Story, don't really have anything to complain about unless I pick away at every little thing. But that would just ruin the experience. The only 2 changes I would ask for to improve the experience. It would be more frequent uploads. the 2nd change would be either an upload schedule or a timeframe letting us know when we can expect another chapter. An example of what I mean by timeframe would be the following at the bottom of the synopsis:

"1 chapter will be uploaded 2-3 weeks after the last chapter was uploaded."

Or at the end of each chapter letting the audience know when they should expect the next chapter. An Example:

Just to let the audience know what the situation is. As it is not uncommon for light novel to get abandoned without the author ever saying anything, because they were no longer interested in it or wanted to write something else.
Really enjoying the book thus far. I find the premise quite eye catching and the way the story is told to be comical.
Before I knew it, I had already finished what was provided.

Awful grammar, flat characters, cliche situations and encounters directly from xianxia, inconsistency everywhere. Most abilities are used once or NOT EVE ONCE before being not just forgotten, but deleted. After all the time spent reading their descriptions.
First chapters is basically a wikipedia copypaste while later ones are simply not making sense. And the plot holes the size of a galaxy. Oh, and don't get me started about chess-related stuff. As a CM, I was cringing till I dropped despite previously wanting to check just how deep this rabbit hole is. I'm really wondering about those five star reviews through. Oh,and I judging by comment, negative reviews are deleted. Good job.
This will be my first adventure into fantasy that fantastically pain an irresistible character.
Like a vampire diary this is coming out and I definitely add this novel to my library of good read.
Kudos to author, for dragging me into exploring something differen. I hope to love this..
