The author struck a perfect balance needed for a story with an OP MC! Carnage and gore is a huge theme and no side character is safe!
So the MC is a lich (aka the peak of op-ness), but the secondary character, the one with enough potential to have been a main character in something more classic, is a boy named Ryan. This kid has it all: A rare darkness affinity, undead teacher, coincidental encounters with every major character, a romantic love interest. Basically, he's the epicenter of the plot. However, setting it from the perspective of the Lich removed clicheness and offered far more perspective. I love the way this is being done.
Furthermore, I really love how the magic system is so intuitive! Nothing is explained in an info dump yet I completely understand! We can just skip all that boring stuff and go right to the CARNAGE!!!!
Oh yeah! Every minor character seems like a legit person that could develop into a major character or villain (even though they are usually ground into meat paste in the next sentence). Hahaha!
WARNINGS:
-copious amounts of blood and gore
-1 r*pe scene
-horses getting killed by pocket-nuke
This might be the 2nd best review I've ever given. Hidden gem indeed.
The only problem I have is that the POV switches are more conducive to an update schedule and not a binge like what I just did.

This is just personal preference, please don’t take this as criticism on the work.I like this story, I really do. I have some issues with the way the characters are written however. So far I’m at chapter 26. The main characters are cold and unfeeling to the circumstances of the other characters. Quick to resort to the idea of killing other characters before they can do anything wrong. Now this wouldn’t be too strange, but these people were literally highschool students before transmigration. My last issue is that the main characters don’t treat the other side characters as “human”. I know that sounds a little ridiculous considering to them they literally are characters from a game they played, but it’s not really a game anymore. Maybe this changes later in the story but for now it’s really off-putting and I can’t bring myself to read anymore. This next part is criticism for the story. Please understand that this is not malicious. I do wish that the characters were a little more fleshed out. I understand that some parts of a story are intended to be intentionally vague, but I don’t think it works that well for this kind of story. The main characters feel 2 dimensional, like they’re lacking depth in their reasoning. My last criticism is that there is a weird amount of plot convenience. Specifically, the part where it talks about Nathan being an experienced person about knife combat. There was exactly no hint about that character having the experiences of someone who needed to wield a knife in the modern world. Now since I have criticized the story I feel the need to completely certain aspects as well. This is a 4 star review after all. I really enjoyed the concept of this story. The world around them was not really fleshed out that well, but it was written well in the parts where there was World building.Anyway, I hope that you continue writing stories. I look forward to more of your works.
I am in love with these book, it was awesome♥️♥️. Please update vol 4 fast
I need more! So good! A very entertaining read.
The reincarnation story is not as realistic as the title suggests, but for a green writer, it isn't bad. I love the new Dojutsu, but I find it completely unnecessary when he already has Mokuton. The baby should have been traveling with Tsunade and Shizune after the death of his parents. Backstory I made up: some Senju parents (Tsunade's cousin is the father) leave the village to live safely away from the shinobi life and death. The mother gets assassinated during her pregnancy after the sudden death of her husband. In this story, the being saves the child by having Tsunade walk by and reincarnates you instead of the baby that should not have existed. The mother still dies because this is her fate one way or another. I mean, this is important for the creation of a relevant main character. I believe that the writer would have had an easier time with the story if he added only the Dojutsu to the mc. No need for a headache to sort the backstory, if you know what I mean.
Everything is nice but it is very hard to keep up with things. Like one moment she's doing something but in the next, she's doing something else. The arc with him being Cyra is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper boring in my opinion. I read this because of the non-human stuff but then it makes the mc into a human and barely goes back to his original body.
I did not like the character very much, he is very insensitive and your writing is bad, not your spelling, if not in how you describe things and the passage of time in fact you do not even write it, you just pretend that the protagonist was there for a long time. I would have liked a timeskip or something.
Honestly, I enjoy reading novels of individuals being transmigrated into the bodies of animals as their quite interesting. However, this novel is just garbage. The protagonist is reborn as a python, and gains a system (as usual), and devours everything within his path. As a result, within the first 30 chapters, he becomes powerful to the extent he is impervious to bullets, has high regeneration, and very potent poison.
Story:
The whole plot of the novel is disgusting. The protagonist was killed by his fellow co-workers (around 16 people) (including his brother who tries to rape his girlfriend) to take hide their terrible acts I presume.
Character:
He eats humans within the first 30 chapters. The author doesn't really explain the process of how he forgoes the process of knowingly eats humans. But I'm guessing as he's a python, his animalistic instincts take over.
World:
Modern world but primarily focused on the island.
I wasted my time reading this.
This novel can't even get wish-fulfillment right.
"But Chu Chen is, after all, a man with honesty and integrity, so with his money and luck, he helps his friends in need and punishes wrongdoers. With all kinds of different character perspectives and situations, this story vividly portrays the realistic and materialistic sides of people as well as the convenience and power of a rich man."
What's the point of all his wealth, handsome appearance and godly skills if the MC doesn't help himself, but helps others instead? This reminds me of terrible shounen protagonists who even with world-destroying power in their hands eat cup-noodles everyday, and are regularly abused by pink/oranged haired little girls.
