Surprisingly this book has a lot of potential, from the get go our mc already have a genuine skill only need some improvement. The story development also have a good flow..it’s true that in real life a political issue happened in the hospital..a higher position doctor always take credit or put blame onto the lower position doctor..kind of sad for me..
I decided to read this after seeing the word ’Gangster’ in the title, but please do not be mistaken. This Mc is no gangster just a typical edge lord with a righteous personality who always saves the day and the beautiful women who coincidentally is there as well. Writing Q- 4/5 no major grammatical errorsStory- 3/5 Very common tropes nothing new Character- 3/5,Mc should be in a wuxia novel instead of a so called gangster one. I like his mom though!!World Building- New York To The Author- There is a manga called Sun Ken Rock. Read It
The earlier chapters a bit clunky but the story which makes the story slow paced and easier to read. The character building is quite good for a slice of life novel.

For prospective readers: personal recommendation is find something else. Why?Principally, lack of character development. Sunny's most frequent self-descriptions remain words like "panicked". After 400+ chapters, very little of substance has changed - only numbers on character sheet.Suspect author is trying to maximize word-count, as with almost every fiction on this site. This comes through in the writing, and the pace of the plot. Recommend going to RoyalRoad. Quality of Rank 100 on that site > quality of this story, going by satisfaction per time spent reading. Finally, author only responds to positive feedback. I.e., acts as an author completely insulated to criticism. This almost guarantees that flaws in story will continue to be unresolved for the next several hundred chapters.
The plot is reasonably interesting, but it’s definitely let down by poor editing and/or translation. Nearly every cultivation level is prone to be translated as any other. Some character names are unstable and sometimes end up translated as though not a name. And pronouns… well, maybe nearly every character is gender-fluid? Etc.
Remarkably bad on almost all fronts. The translation is rapid, but incredibly poor in quality - sentences often mean the opposite of what they actually say. The plot armor is thicker than a nuclear shelter.MC gets transported to another world, but it's one of those transfer MCs where you question why they even bothered since none of his thoughts are ideas are from Earth except when he thinks to himself "this system is like the card game I used to play" except for that one time he thought to himself, "Oh, just like the webnovels I read on Qidian". MC gets a gacha card "system" with pretty absurdly strong powers, which is fine. MC proceeds to use it very poorly, which is less fine.World in general is what I call "low-intelligence worlds
I love and recommend this book to anyone who wants to read something extraordinary. it's well written with good pace and interesting plot... Kudos.........

Not bad storyline but don’t waste time. Story not completed but writer just mark off as completed.
