Can’t remember if I’ve left a review... honestly, the novel was a little bumpy in the start, but it has turned out to be one of the best books I’ve read on this app in my opinion. Biako does an excellent job at making you want more at the end of each chapter. Yeah, there are some grammar errors, but as he says English isn’t his first language. All together, the book has a great story line and amazing imagination. It keeps you guessing. It’s hard to tell what the MC’s next move will be or how he predicts things might turn out. I like how the MC actually runs into problems and it’s nice to see him struggle. PLUS, if you get privilege for this book, he charges ONLY 1 COIN no matter how long the chapter is. I mean come on. That’s awesome!! I haven’t found an author that does that yet. A good book for a small amount of your coins! The update rate is slow, but I think that just makes you want to read it even more! Keep up the awesome work Biako!!
I've read the raw for this story and trust me, it's good. If you're not looking for the cliches, this is it. Don't miss out. If I'm to describe it, it's like... an episodic mystery novel with gaming elements. Also this title has been sitting atop the CN Qidian's modern genre ranking for months now, so even if you don't believe me, believe the taste of millions of chinese readers.
So yes, here I am with my review of all the trial reads (will do one of this book too):Same Day......(SDOL): Didn't bother reading.I Can Transform Into A Zombie(ICTIAZ): According to the reviews, I deduced that the unwritten price for the transformation was the zombifying of MC's brain. Rotten. My Debauched Devotion(MDD): Read it till the 40 chapters. I honestly like it, but in the last 8 chapters or so it felt like it was starting to lose it's uniqueness. Could be a false warning.I'm Really Not Targeting The Mages: Even though I didn't finish reading the 40 chapters, I still got the idea of what it is. You can find a set logical rules in the novel. Rules that will not allow MC to fight higher level beings like cracking egg. It's not my fault if the author suddenly looses that logical screw in his head.Dafeng's Night Squad: By the end 40 chapters, even though Dafeng's Night Squad has only show it's face twice (2nd time it was just a passing glance), it's still one of the best in this trial read. Sometimes action done by the MC feels a little impulsive on minor matters, it is mostly how a normal person would have acted (and by my 'Normal' it certainly, absolutely does not include certain webnovel readers, I appreciate your cooperation). Overall this novel has more realism than most Magical Realism novel out there(a reference to Chinese and Japanese novels).I am Loaded With Passive Skills(IALWPS): help me find out whether it's Xin Fan's next novel after It’s Lonely to Be Invincible under a different name.Tanky Mage System(TMS): *sigh* Didn't read it yet. Couldn't find the motivation to start it. About the review, No comment. Could have been good, could have been bad or just not my cup of tea? Those who have, help me with this. The Treasure-Chest Hunting Vampire(TTCHV): Read the reviews then didn't trouble myself with clicking it's 'Read' button. My Special Ability is Perfect Replication(SAPR): I have experienced enough betrayals to help my mood return to the chaos of origin after looking at the name. Reviews didn't help in brightening my mood. The Era of Gods(TEOG): Not my cup of tea that's why was not able to finish the 40 chapters. But comparing it to other novels of similar plot and tags etc. I can at least say that it's decent enough that those who like this type of novel will read it. (Help me correct my mistake if I am wrong)Fantasy Simulator(FS): Similar to Dimensional Codex. And I liked both. The basic outline is that the MC has a system that let's him experience the life in another identity in another world. I am being very crude with that description but I have faith in my brothers that they will be able to provide a better outline.Starting with Contract Pets(SWCP): I believe there was novel in pervious trials with similar name and general plot line? A plus in my point is that the MC actively tries to learn knowledge and yes he cannot learn everything with a single look. I don't know why but it's just a plus in my opinion.God Rank Upgrade System: Didn't bother finishing the second chapter.I Just Won't Play By The Book(IJWPBTB): In the last month or two, this novel can become my best easily. Yeah, I know some of you think that this a beta novel etc. If I had read the reviews before reading the novel I might have taught the same. Let me clarify something, there is a reason for the MC's behavior and author used almost 10 chapters to clarify that (It's mostly the naïve days of MC at the starting shown as a back flash)Now, this begs the question:What I am doing?: Umm.......I don't know, you wouldn't happen to know, would you?Why am I doing?: Just felt like doing it.And why am I doing it here?: I guess because I liked it.And yes, do recommend some novel that won't make me loss my brain cells.

Ok, I have read "I am actually a cultivator bigshot" all the current translated chapters and up to 520 from the raws.Where does the difference lies?1: The MC is in a shop at the town in the bottom of a mountain where a sect is built.2: Characters have a bit more of a personality and differ from each other.3: The story is wrote with a larger word count, which mean slower pace, but higher income, this writer is seriously aiming for profit.4: Just as mentioned, since the aim is profit, the plot mist be entertaining for the purpose, and it's. There is less comedy than the "Bigshot" novel, this one actually has a more action focused plot. Finally, is not a great novel, just like many LNs here, is just entertaining. and if you are here for some reading junk food, this one is an off-brand snack good enough as the first one, and still different enough for you to enjoy alongside it.since is still on trial, my updating stability review is based on the fact that translations usually have steady updates once released, key word "usually".
the story was decent with interesting concepts but after like chapter 40 the translation quality turns into mtl level
it would have been a good story if it had continued
it seem not bad at first when you read the 40 chapter but just a head it become all hail china extermination of the island country (yeah like always) other country are pictured as extremely malycious (you didn't even see a move from the other country...) china is the best and other country get destroyed by the true awakening of spirit energy but it's nothing much they can kill the beast with there missile and gun and other country cannot... (lol) so whole world got destroyed
I hope this book is not like others I've read in the past, before there was a novel that I really liked but I had to put it down. the reason was that the author's knowledge of geopolitics was simply ridiculous, in the story three or four European countries appeared, the same for the asian continent. and in the americas there was only the united states, with some citations to canada, a country completely irrelevant in the global scenario. countries like iran, israel, turkey, south africa, brazil and indonesia were simply ignored as if they didn't exist.
Overall, it is pretty meh. He has a somewhat overpowered ability and he seems to still get the luckiest skill pickups possible. The translation of the names are terrible. If you can't come up with good western names at the very least just leave them as Chinese.
Super garbage tastless bubble gum. How did it even got picked as a candidate? Please pick up something better next time. No.
A very interesting book thats packed with jokes about all the cliche troupes. Give it a chance, I don't understand why so many people don't like it.
