I have been hooked since I picked this up and read all 97 current available chapters today. So far the world building and mystery has been superb and there have been hints of undercurrents in this world. This is not your normal mmo game. The characters aren't flat and have nuance as well. This is a banger you should read.
Honestly no sport novel will ever compare to this. It’s as if the god of literature descended just to write this. I loved reading this and im probably gonna re-read it because its so good.

The book contains the face slapping we all hate, but it’s really a parody of the realistic modern world system novels. I personally enjoyed the every time Lin Yi said he was a didi (taxi) worker using a super luxurious sports car, and somewhat with the female’s tragic fate of having her parents know she does s-squats in front of a man, and the parents knowing that thair daughter is a big girl. READ PURELY FOR THE COMEY AND SHUT OFF YOUR BRAIN BEFORE READING.
The story started off good, but around chapter 30 or so things started to get a bit annoying.
The MC doesnt show any kind of wisdom that would match a 100 year old man who raised children and grandchildren.
At around chapter 38-43 things just became so much worse. MC makes a pill that is like viagra on steroids, and is somehow completely oblivious to others reactions to it, and is exceedingly vague whenever talking about it to others.
Having characters taking a pill, which they expect to strengthen them, only for it to be an extreme aphrodisiac is not my kind of humor at all. I am pretty sure that kind of stuff is illegal to an insane degree in many places because of how cruel and harmful it is, but in the story its supposed to be funny.
this novel is really a fun and cozy book to read. if your a fan of harems and everything come with them then is for you, if you think he’ll abandon his significant others; well fear not they all move with him. The cherry on top? Author releases a significant amount of chapters daily/weekly.

Its pretty good. the mc does not act like a virgin who gets a nose bleed everytime he sees a girl. mc is very cautious and extremely OP. Mc has a Scheming Master who is weak but pretends to be Mysterious and unfathomable and relies on his great looks to get food from middle aged village women. Overall great i would say mc is handsome like very handsome.
i feel this novel would be more suited towards slice of life. i was kinda disappointed that there was no mofu moments though lol
Given the relatively high rating, i was hoping that this might be an interesting novel. I was wrong. I did insist a little, but i really couldn't read too much chapters. A waste of my limited life :(
In terms of originality, you can forget about it. The same thing for writing quality and characters development.
This could be balanced with the MC. Unfortunately, after this MC died miserably and reincarnated for another chance against the "heavens", he behaves like he can do anything without too much consequences. He simply act like plot armour is a normal thing for him; he acts like he is the destined one.
This only gets worse when those plot armour finally begin to appear.
