A great novel but there are a lot of unnecessary info dumps here and there that aren't really important in the story, it really ruins the mood.

The thing is that villain is an old man who has been alive for nearly 1000 years and is also the master of 9 well known experts of the what is equivalent to the demonic side of the cultivators as opposed to the typical righteous side. You would think he would be op from the start hut nah. Turns out the old man was injured to the point his cultivation regressed by the time the mc took over the body.Now he has to act like the previous owner and hide that his cultivation is crippled so his disciples won't kill himAlthough his cultivation was regressed he gains a system that helps him act as the old villain. this isn't a deep story. this isn't even really a massive super hit. but. it has a charm. the characters are fun. the scenes are fun. the system is fun. and isn't that all we really ask for in a story? something that is just fun?
