This is a review of the first twenty-seven chapters. The story is based in a magical world where different civilizations are fighting for dominance. The main character, Zhang Yang, is bound to a village building order(a system) and has to build up a village that can last for 300 years along with other tasks inorder to return home. Many of the antigonists are also bound to a similar village building order. The plot feels like a story version of the game Civilization. The Protagonist’s character fluctuates between a laid-back acceptance and paranoia. Even with the author’s explanations, not all of Zhang Yang’s decisions make sense. Overall, the story is entertaining and doesn’t require you to understand how the “system “ functions to enjoy it.

Overall, a good story and plot. As with the author, the background is very imaginative. However, I still prefer MDZS over TGCF because the former is funnier particularly the conversation and has more intrique. In terms of love, relationship and possibly poetic words (I think you need to know Chinese to appreciate the literary work), TGCF is deeper. The little side details like the Er ming sabre and Ruyoue while silk interactions is cute. My complaint is there should be at least a couple of chapters to give more insight into the other male lead, Hua Cheng like where he originates from and how he develops into a Supreme Ghost King.

Honestly ur work is amazing, I usually don't like these types of stories,but wow wow this was good!
-I wish I was more of a writer because this book deserves a more eloquent review. I completely recommend it and hope that other readers find the same joy in it that I found.
Overall, an interesting premise. I am sure that with the current situation, there will probably be more stories placed in this timeframe. The quality is pretty good overall, but there were a couple of parts where present and past tense were confusing as well as some dialogue that could be smoothed out. But that can all be fixed with an edit. The MC is pretty well developed, and props to the author for such long chapters. Keep writing!
