This is the kind of line that makes you furious on behalf of characters who haven't even done anything wrong yet. And Lin Xiaoyu's reaction—standing up and saying "My mother's illness must be treated! I'll find a way to get the money!"—gave me chills. She's not just reborn for revenge; she's reborn because there's someone she still loves and wants to protect. "I'll find a way to get the money." Two million—or wait, 200 yuan—she doesn't know which yet, but she's committed either way. That's the kind of daughter I want to root for.
