OMG... This novel a great bro
It's already one of the best zombie fics out there due to focusing on the best part. The outbreak itself.
It takes place in the Philippines, where the MC is placed into his past self days before the outbreak and does his best to prepare himself and his unwitting loved ones for the survival there of.
Then the outbreak happens in the background at first and the story subconsciously changes into a more tention filled mix with anticipation due to the mcs prior decisions.
The new year in the story hails the dawn of the new era. At this point you can just feel anticipation in the air and shift to the tip of your seat like a junkie on a bindge where his drug is the story.
Unfortunately I cannot say more as of yet as the next chapter is not yet released at this moment in time but I must admit I have high hopes for this. The buildup to day zero of the official acknowledgement of the zombie apocalypse was great and its now up to the author to construct a story that thus far shows fantastic potential on it.
If no more chapters were to follow, I'd be sad, but I'd still recommend people to read this for its awesome build up vibe.

I'm sure you noticed my few posts on your chapters so I won't expand on those. I just want to say that I really do like the story.
I think you're doing a fantastic job and with the enthusiasm you have put into your writing thus far, show great promise. I hope this positive review will serve as a fuel and reinforcement to your drive to write this.
If you inevitably get trully stuck like all authors do, or don't feel like writing because of something, write it in the comments of your latest chapter at that time. If it's something like not getting the following you hoped then there are those among us who know some tricks to help you get found faster.
For now just write and have fun doing so. That's the most important. A following can wait, you can always get that, good content can not, that runs on current inspiration and excitement. That's the beauty of writing.
I love the characters it makes me feel that they are actually alive when they're actually dead. With such personalities it immediately got me hooked when I read the first chapter.
the story is realistic and greatly enjoyable. The characters Are human in their flaws, desires, and emotions letting you enjoy with immersion. you can feel the hardship and every small victory of Asher is one you cherish.
To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand XP. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of life most of the jokes will go over a typical reader's head. There's also OneFist's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike XP truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in OneFist's existencial catchphrase "I am Bo0k" which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as OneFist's genius unfolds itself on their phones or computers. What fools... how I pity them. ? And yes by the way, I DO have a XP tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
With this author you never have to worry about the quality of the writing. His characters are always a delight. His story development leaves you always wanting more. The author creates a wonderful and enjoyable world for his story. He's awesome to his readers and the only problem I've seen with his updates is that after hes done I JUST WANT MORE.
