A pretty good story with good writing quality and the setting is also interesting. There is a system BUT thankfully there are no leveling up and exp things. it just shows him his stats and explains about them, that's it. The major turn off for most people would be that the book is mostly in first person, so some people might not like it. There are also some 4th wall breaks in MCs monologues due to this being from the first person POV. Though not too annoying for me, preceed with caution if this ruins a book for u.
The MCs personality is like Rimuru from that time I got reincarnated as a slime(the setting is pertty similar here) but he's more realistic and less optimistic about everything, and he's also brutal with his fights, actually embodying a dragon and not just a human stuck on a dragon's body. It's just at the right place, not too kind and optimitic but not too edgy and dark. He is not too smart, but not to the point of idiotic MCs, tbh it just depends on your own perspective of if you find his decisions smart or stupid.
In conclution, it's a good book. Not a trendsetting masterpiece but a good one to read and have a pleasant time. Also there are a few minor typos here and there, not too bad tho.

My honest review, you have a very good style, especially for the dialogues, they are fluid and believable (more than mine I'm afraid), good grammar and the general style is easy to read, pleasant, without long paragraphs or unnecessary descriptions.However, in the development of the story there is a lack of bait to hook the reader. Beyond the introduction of the character, the first chapters have the reader a little lost as to where the story is going.Likewise, since they are well written, I recommend that you make a prologue with the important moment or the twist that keeps the reader's attention.
To be honest ,I had high hopes according to the synopsis , that's it's going to be a good novel, but the sword qi doesn't make sense the actor is to weak despite the amount of sword qi he consumed plus he's dying .I thought he was going to improve at chap 150 but it's still the same.
