Despite the flaws, it IS entertaining.-The grammar need some work.-The story is fast paced, and there is no clear goal for the protagonist aside from following the basic requirements of the app use. Chapter 3 contradict chapter 1 concerning the number of users. Not enough curiosity about the app, or the other users.Too much focus on the guns and battles. 1 everyday is pushing it too much, especially in the same city/area, and the lack of downtime, not even for bullets wounds. -The protagonist is lacking. He turned from an ordinary student into a mercenary with basic training without any reason. He became some capable of killing in cold blood and handle bullet wounds on his very first mission. It looks like it’s the same for the other app usersThe main girl is bland, and for someone who he is supposed to know for a while, their interactions are cringeworthy, like it’s the first time they are spending time together.-More physical description of the people and surroundings (especially the battlefields) would be nice. There is a surprisingly big bullet hole on a reinforced vehicle and it’s not described.
This book is about a undergrad student who receives a system which enables him to garner and use knowledge to a high degree. If you think this is a other trash novel where the MC gets confronted at every turn by rich arrogant snobs or picks up girls at every turn while being more than a martial artist than a scholar, then you're sorely mistake. In this novel, the MC is student through and through - due to being absolutely poor, he has to work which drives him to use this student to study, lowering his expenses on school fees and in Hope's to monetize the knowledge that the system gives him. But the reason that I really like this novel is due to the somewhat realistic insight into the scientific community and how the problems portrayed in this novel are actually real life problems - you actually might learn something when you're reading this novel.Overall the story is pretty well written, with an overall good pacing, for a Chinese novel. Yes, there are some filler, but this is mainly due to fleshing out details regarding the world around him and his circumstances. Characters are pretty 2d - you have no idea what they look like, no quirky personality traits that differentiate them - just a name. This is pretty common in many Chinese novels - luckily major traits like glasses, or ponytail are mentioned once in a while, but it's pretty forgettable. So far, not much is mentioned regarding the world, just that's its today modern world. I'd like some more info about the place he lives and what the campus looks like and so on. I highly recommend this novel to any reader who would like a break from the standard "modern day martial artist that goes around establishing billion dollar companies in a week, while beating young masters senseless and picking up their dates." This is good alternative to those who would like some scientific substance (so far mainly in math), and a unique look into how thesis writing works and what a graduate student life is like.
The only qualms i have about this novel is that the dialogue is so apathetic. its like robots talking to each other. honestly if the author worded it more appropriately, then it would have been fine.

OVERRATED!To be short, everything is redundant, snail paced and low quality to begin with, while poor comedy seems to be the main theme.That being said, perhaps all the flaws I see in it are because I'm not part of the author's intended demographic.
