I'm wondering why you are reading the comments still and not reading the story already. If you stopped long enough to read this, you must be trying to talk yourself out of reading this and go to sleep like a normal person. WHY? Aren't you a person of culture? Sleep is for the weak. Read until you die. Then become a ghost reader.
400+ chapters and still no development in the personality of the mc which befits a death god remotely. This novel which one would expect to be about the mc's journey towards becoming the death god is riddled by useless and boring
It’s better than most novels but wouldn’t say it’s amazing.
There’s something off with Ren’s personality. It’s like he’s bordering a control-freak edgelord while trying to be a calm, composed, and relatable MC. The dichotomy should be the major personal struggle of the novel but the appeal of it just falls flat.
Also if you’re expecting classic Alchemy, then you’d find little of it here. World building could also use a bit more flair as it is lacking and grammar could be better but that’s just a minor issue for me.
This is very good and I like that the story starts right away. I also like that the character seems well developed and we can see how the character thinks from the onset. I think this is a really good book and I can't wait for other chapters. good luck to the author!

Amazing writing style. This right here is pro level writing, I’m speachless. There are little to no mistakes, it’s smooth and addictive, there was nothing what would disturb me while I was trying to focus on the story. It’s easy to imagine the action and enviroment
It's a very good novel. One of the hidden gems of webnovel. Was a bit irked by the start cause the MC was never mad at his master for killing him but the dynamic between them is very interesting. It has a slight romance subplot with the master and the MC as well as the masters other follower. They aren't too OP that the book is boring, just perfectly balanced as all things should be. Overall a very good book and I definitely recommend everyone to give it a read.
