There are quite a few issues with this story. First and foremost is how absolutely slowly it moves. By chapter 20, the story has barely even begun, and it took about 11 chapters to reach what should have essentially been the first. This feels like a result of you going into extreme detail about backstory and world building before even giving the reader a chance to care about your characters. These are things that should have been introduced gradually, and less forcefully, as the story progressed, not all at once at the beginning.You also have a tendency to over explain things a lot. This not only takes up 200+% more words than you need to, it gets very tiring to read.The grammar is okay, but not great. You use "!!!!" and "???" and chatroom-like syntax, and it makes your story come off as if written by an overly excited teenage girl (which may be the case, I don't know).Your dialogue tends to be heavy eye-roll material as you often use it for exposition, making your characters come off as robotic and unrealistic. Backstory should not be forced into dialogue. It kills a story. And you've done that /a lot/ in yours, and right from the start as well.You've got a few interesting ideas and some potential, but the way you write seriously needs an overhaul. Spend a little time reading better written works, see how they do things and try to reach where you are at Ch20 in 2-4 chapters instead.Good luck.
Just a bad reverend insanity copy probably written by an author that read only the first few chapters of RI. At the end this is a pretty cliché novel just with an edgy mc that spouts nonsense like perseverance is the key and the world is unfair while having a cheat system that solves all his problems. Of course the author balances the strength of the system with making the mc dumber as to not make his journey completly avoid of challenges.
One of the best novels I've had the pleasure of reading and I recommend that people should read this novel too. BUT, beware the update stability of this novel. The two translators behind this novel are, in my shortest words, uncommitted pieces of ****. As of right now, they have gone on another unannounced hiatus and haven't posted for a few days once again. So, if you want to read this novel, I recommend that, when you are done reading the translated chapters so far, forget about this novel for a few months. Only then can you have some sort of guarantee that you will be able to read new chapters, but, considering how much the translators dissappear, I'm even thinking they might drip this soon. Other than that, you will have a blast reading this novel. To the new readers, enjoy your supply of way of the devil while it lasts because you will be in for a world of hell if you expect a chapter every 2 days or so.
The butcher strikes again around chapter 40. The translator who only has numbers as name. Truly they are amazing at butchering whatever they touch.
The author has a great writing style. An expert in my view. It was what I currently lack at the moment. And your story is captivating! A recommended read for me!
Hm. I have read several chapters from the beginning and I can say that it is a great story that is easy to follow and understand. I can only say that you did a good job :D
Author is unreliable constantly straying away from and abandoning the interesting characters, themes and plot points. The biggest mistake is not focusing on fishing and instead spending multiple chapters chasing meaningless boring cliches. Lastly, the MC shows only his awful side once he gets even a sliver of power. I enjoyed some of the beginning fishing chapters but now I have no desire to read any further.

This is the best horror book I have read in a long time even though this is my first time. Never did I expect to discover a book quite like this. Very interesting how events are progressing it appears to be refreshing itself like a website over and over again every page. It is a peculiar and eccentric read no cliches is in this novel like others
I don't mind reading a novel that is written by someone whose english isn't the best. I don't mind a translation that is overly literal if the story is good. But this...piece of work is so badly translated that it makes some MTL look good. I can just barely follow what is going on in the barest of senses and much of the meaning is lost. Might be a good story but no way I am going to read more of this garbage to find out.
