Monarch
So the novel lies in the synopsis and it gets confusing using weird statements like the Cantonese school and kendama body and doesn’t bother explaining either of those and when it says this is 10k return system that will give only 2 times rewards it doesn’t make sense
Masochist MC that has horrible parents, the only reason for any person to not fight back against this bull**** is that Chinese authors mindset of family=good, they can **** you over and over again but "they know better" so MC doesn't do anything. This is so ****ed up, I hope his mother dies a horrible death
The premises of the story doesn't look too promising. 25 chapters in, yet everything has been thoroughly repeated again and again, nothing's new. And seriously, Big Fox believed his bullsh-it about Li having a family secret or whtvr as a reason to why he could find treasures easily? And all the characters aside from the MC and his allies are drawn as dumb by the author. The story's fine, but boring as f-ck.Will probably drop or something.-----And why the hell is my reading status at ch. 9
Why do i find the character in the coverClearly familiar. How amusing.............................................................. ............................................... ... ...... ....
Y-you s-s-said....COMPLETED?!!? This is too sudden. My head is spinning and I'm about to berserk. For the first time ever, I hope it's actually on hiatus. Lord Author bless our souls, lest we have nothing to fill our boredom.
Nextttttttttttt Terima kasih????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
This opening is a masterclass in how to hook a reader without wasting a single sentence. Let me walk through why it works so well. Chapter one starts with Zhou Yuwei waking up confused in a strange place—that's your immediate question engine. What happened? Where am I? Who are these people? And instead of dumping exposition on you, the author gives you fragments: a woman with brown sugar water, a fever that just broke, memories that aren't hers flooding in. Then—bam—you get the lightning strike backstory and the original Zhou Yuwei's consciousness literally handing over the body. That's chapter one and you're already invested. Chapter two immediately pivots from hospital to home to confrontation. There's no downtime, no "and then she adjusted to her new life" montage. The moment she gets home, Zhang Lihua shows up and it's fight time. The pacing here is relentless in the best way. Every scene ends with a question or a conflict that propels you forward. Even the quieter moments—the walk home with her mom, the mirror scene where she discovers she's beautiful now—these aren't filler, they're character development that keeps you engaged. And the flashback to her corporate life at the beginning? Perfect. It establishes who she was before she was someone else, so you understand what she's lost and what she might gain. The structure also does something clever with time: the story moves fast through the physical events but slows down for emotional beats. When she's hugging her mom, the prose lingers. When she's fighting Zhang Lihua, it's quick and sharp. That variation in rhythm keeps you from getting bored. By the end of chapter two, you're already wondering what happens next, whether she'll figure out how to get back, and how she's going to navigate this new life with her old skills. The author doesn't give you a single moment to put the book down.
Author, Well done! keep it Up!This is the first novel that made me to create a review. It is realy amazing. Reading this slower story progression novel without nonsens filler chapters just to unnaturaly prolong the story is refreshing. There are still some things that can get better in my oppinion, but since the story is still in the beggining Author probably plans to add it over time. Pros: Nice slower story progression that is not boring at all. More details on crafting(alchemy) not just, fight, get stronger, fight rutine.Unique compared to other novelsyou will read it in one breathCons:Not much realy, short for now, especcialy with the slow progression this novel will shine brightly after 400+ maybe 500+ chaptersI am one of those readers that hates when there is a chapter from the point of side character instead of MC, that you dont care about, this is not an issue here cause everything is from MC perspective BUT! this meens side characters are shallow and you dont care about any at all. Since is slow paced a bit more chapters per week would be great.Suggestions:Add few chapters with side characters as main BUT make them talk about the MC or do things for him. So it will not be just a filler chapter and it will be still about MC but it will help us get to know the character of side characters :)Romance, this realy need slow progression romance with one or 2 females with a twist or tragedy. (I hope you already plan something like it to make story deeper)Since he is alchemist maybe you can get To more details with herbs collecting too or make him build his own special herb garden that he can improve and care about, that will add so much envy with eldes and lots of content + world building.I hope you like this review.
This novel is set in a post-calamity world caused by dimensional storms. All kinds of mythical creatures appear on Earth, but are confined to dimensional zones. Interestingly enough, these creatures can be used as Companion Beasts that can fight in battle and be used to augment certain parts of one's body. It's like an upgraded version of Pokémon! Our main character is considered a genius teenager who's rather kind and benevolent. He's calm and aloof and really just wants to game in peace to become stronger. However, there are plots and dangers that lurk in the shadow that somehow embroils him into it. One good thing about this story is that most of the characters will continue for hundreds of chapters as they build up a strong team of friends to face the pending dangers of this new Earth.
At need time of this review I am at chapter 385. so far, I am really loving this book. The apocalypse piece mentioned in the title is not super relevant to the story at least at this time. it's more post-apocalyptic. The main male lead is as described he is definitely Op, but not in a way that he doesn't experience growth. he is swiftly gaining harem members. I really have almost no complaints about this story. it's really awesome and I recommend it to anyone that likes a harem. it is unique and does not feel like something you've read a thousand times. Read it!
I'll gave this novel 5 shining shimmering stars ?????, you'll ask why?..... hmm its simple because its superb. The novels awesomeness is marked in every chapter.I already finished reading the raws & MTL though the language wasn't my mother tongue i felt really hype reading?. I also read the translation of 25th_chestnut and its really good but sadly you now it was stop and left many readers hanging. ?Hopefully the new translator can keep the good translation and bring justice to the novel.Kudos to the author (Chugong-san) for writing a wonderful novel. One of my best read korean novel.??
this shit is dope. I mean, I haven't seen such a concept except in fanfic. I can't describe this hidden piece of Gem without spoiling it for you. just read the first 5 chapters and you will know what I am talking about.
