Story itself isn't that bad. It's set in Modern Times, yet there's really nothing Modern about it. We don't know why the MC likes carrots so much. So the story feels forced
So I'm reading thus far and all I can say is that the writing quality gets better as the chapter continues. You can really determine that this novel is more than decent and readable for most readers and I commend the author for doing this.The stability of updates may not be daily but as you can see from the dates, there are a couple of chapters released in a day so that is heavily compensated for those who released daily.The world-building is adequate, not rushed, or not slow. I'm pretty sure if I was a cultivator is some ancient world, and a three year old starts speaking like an *****, is smarter than me, and knows all sorts of strange magics. I would kill him because demons obviously possessed him.No fault to the translator, but I'm always give a low rating to Heaven Defying Toddlers.

While this novel is quite good, it has some nationalism content. To be more specific, it's about Li ziqi's video in which she made kimchi, a Korean national dish but claimed it's from China. The relationship between China and other Asian countries has been tense recently because China claim that others culture is theirs. Anyway, the author support the notion that Kimchi is from China so for me even if the novel is entertaining, it's a nope.

The novel is great, the world-building and the progress of the story are immersive and all of that is ruined by a stupid goat that is why I dropped the novel. Mc is a man with intact memories of his past and blessed by the Gods but he still took a goat as his mother
This book has way too many unnecessary descriptions, I have to deal with that by skipping to the relevant details, but otherwise it's a pretty decent read. In exchange for slow pacing you have good worldbuilding and constant supply of character progression, making the plot smooth and satisfying.
I'm ecstatic to find one of my favorite novels here. I was so eager to read it and now when I've got the chance, I can't wait to dig in and be a part of their beautiful journey (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
