Village Chief of Xiaoyang Village and eldest uncle of Niu Dan'er. He initially intended to remain a bystander but after being publicly humiliated by Yao Shun, he ordered the villagers to teach the Yao family the rules of Xiaoyang Village, leading to the brutal beating of Yao Daqiang and his sons.
