A soldier who returned home from military service. He had never married but bought a wife (the original Lu Yao) and three children to care for them. He paid fifty taels of silver to Song Granny to let the children stay and ten taels to Lu Yao before leaving for camp. He died in battle against the northern barbarians less than a month after returning to the army. His compensation money of ten taels was pocketed by Song Granny.
