A eunuch who serves in Yu Zhu's courtyard. He is smooth-tongued and has known Lan Xiang since their days in the palace. He was taught by old eunuchs that they must keep their tails tucked and their only purpose is to ease their masters worries. He offers to handle the Lan Zhou situation in exchange for a good word from Yu Zhu.
