An Impermanence Envoy and subordinate of Lord Yama (Little Qi Wu). He carries a Soul Shackling Chain and rushed to the kindergarten when summoned. He is cautious around Little Qi Wu and suggested waiting for the Judge to come before dealing with the little ghost.
