A person from five years ago who was supposed to stay at Klet's house during the bombing incident but instead joined the fight wearing a black jumpsuit over a golden figure costume. Malken and Klet both admire this person. The surveillance footage showed the Negotiator changing clothes before rushing out to fight distorted monsters in the western district.
