The leader of the flowing people, a group of criminals banished outside the Tree of Life. His real identity is completely unknown with no criminal record or any trace in the records, as if he appeared out of thin air. He is extremely agile, with movements surpassing the speed of bullets. He led the flowing people in capturing cities on the edge of the Tree of Life, including Z City in the Lower West District. He emitted a fierce aura that was noticeable even through video footage.
