A Colonel in the military, formerly Captain Moran and Shen Siwei's former superior. He has a cluster of white hair cascading down his forehead. He claims that he and Shen Siwei were lovers, but Shen Siwei has no memory of this relationship. Moran ordered Dr. Chen to implant false memories into Shen Siwei, but the procedure failed. He appears to have strong emotional attachment to Shen Siwei, showing both protectiveness and possessiveness. He assigned Shen Siwei the urgent mission to investigate Klet in Z City disguised as a Marg noble negotiator. He sent two teams previously but none returned.
