The Supervisor in charge of personnel matters at the Cleaning Company in F171 Port. He readily agreed to Chi Yun Su's request to arrange Guo Ruofan's departure on an Aircraft. He has guessed who Chi Yun Su really is but pretends not to know. He hopes individuals from Black Port with questionable identities would leave as soon as possible. His smile became much more genuine upon hearing Chi Yun Su had no intention of staying long-term.
