A great killer and the assailant who captured Chi Yun Su. He possesses invisibility abilities and combat-type cards powered by psychic energy. He is using a fake name and came to Black Port as a hidden route chosen out of necessity. He is cold-toned, highly agile (traveled via rooftops), and has a deadly Neck Ring around Chi Yun Su's neck. He is reluctant to be used as a blade for murder but stays due to his own goals. He carries Defensive Cards and was surprised by Chi Yun Su's card crafting knowledge.
