An employee of the Cleaning Company at F171 Port who interacts with Chi Yun Su at the trading market near the Cleaning Company. He is tempted by the over a hundred thousand in high denomination bills Chi Yun Su hands him. He initially shows pity toward the newcomers but becomes suspicious when learning how they entered Black Port.
