The leader of about ten burly men who attempted to rob Shuxin's truck. He carried a large axe and later had a knife at his waist. He was terrified when he discovered the cargo hold contained armed soldiers. He begged Shuxin, hugged her legs crying, and later played dead to avoid danger. He realized too late that he had robbed the People's Liberation Army.
