Also referred to as Qi Shaoye, he was the arrogant son of a noble house, formerly the son-in-law of the Qi County Deputy. After his family's downfall, he was forced to marry Tan He. He attempted to assassinate Zheng Shanci, which Tan He viewed as a death sentence. Tan He bound him with iron chains to protect them both. He harbors deep hatred toward Tan He and Zheng Shanci, calling Tan He a hypocrite and demanding to be released.
