A tall man who appears to be in charge of a human trafficking operation, buying two girls for a few coins. He allies with Xu Juanzi to hunt down Lin Zhaozhao but is captured and hung upside down by Lin Zhaozhao's group. He confesses everything under pressure and is knocked unconscious by Lin Zhaozhao.
