The eldest son of Lin Wanmei and Minghai, one of Ming Shu's four younger brothers. He is arrogant and abusive toward Ming Shu, calling her a son of a bitch and attempting to slap her. He was kicked by Ming Shu and had blood at the corner of his mouth. Lin Wanmei and Minghai wanted to starve Ming Shu to death so Mingxin could be adopted by Ming Shu's biological father for a better future.
