An instructor at the county school known for strictly enforcing regulations. He caught Xu Jian violating Article Eight of the County School Regulations and punished him with yard sweeping after lunch. He seems to have a particular tendency to catch Xu Jian whenever he makes mistakes, as Xu Kang noted that Xu Jian has some sort of talent for getting caught by Mentor Zhou every time, while other students make mistakes without being caught.
