A police academy student with golden/blond hair, tanned skin, and gray-purple eyes. He has a droopy round eyes appearance with a youthful baby face and mixed-race look. He is the childhood friend of Furuya Rei and has a fierce rivalry with him, frequently threatening to teach Furuya a lesson. He is hot-tempered and easily provoked, particularly by Furuya Rei. He was the one who gave Furuya Rei the bruise around his eye and swollen cheek during their fight.
