Also referred to as Uncle Wu. He is a subordinate of Commander Lu Tingbai. He is loyal, helpful, and has a good sense of the relationship between Lu Tingbai and Li Mian. He picked up Lu Yun Chi from kindergarten to prevent something from happening at home. He was teased by Lu Tingbai into writing a self-reflection but was spared by Li Mian's intervention. He is respectful and grateful toward Li Mian.
