Chief eunuch serving the Empress Dowager at Cining Palace. He led eunuchs who attempted to intercept Cao Fengxi outside Wuying Hall. He was grabbed by Two-Dog when he tried to break free. He delivered a carefully crafted speech absolving the Empress Dowager of wrongdoing while preserving the Emperor's dignity, claiming he had only visited Gansu to reprimand Cao Fengxi on the Empress Dowager's orders.
